If yours isn't here, just ask.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and once the final invoice is paid the site is yours. If you ever want to move it elsewhere, we hand everything over.
Do I need to write all the words myself?
You know your business best, so we ask for the basics: your services, service area and what makes you different. We shape that into clear, readable copy. Full copywriting from scratch is available as an extra.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo (if you have one), photos of your work, a list of services, your contact details and any reviews you'd like shown. We send a short checklist to make it easy.
What if I want changes later?
Small changes are free for 30 days after launch. After that they are unlimited on the care plan, or a flat $75 each without it. Small means anything that takes us under 15 minutes, like new photos, prices, opening hours, wording or a fresh review. Anything bigger, like a new page, gets a fixed quote before we start, so there is never a surprise bill.
Do I have to sign up for the care plan?
No. It's optional. Without it, the site and hosting are set up in your own accounts, and small changes after the first 30 days are a flat $75 each.
Can you guarantee I'll be first on Google?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. We build the site so search engines can understand it and link it to your Google Business Profile. Rankings depend on many things outside any web designer's control.
Can you build the interactive features shown above?
Yes. Estimators, booking flows, 3D and animation are quoted separately, based on what your business actually needs. We'll tell you honestly if something isn't worth the money.
